Today is the last day of October.  It is hard to believe that we have been here in England for almost 2 months.  We try to fill our days with as much life here in North East England as we can.   We are having fun with our adventures in Home Education.  This week is half term or fall break for the local schools.  There has been a science fair on Palace Green part of the week and we’ve really enjoyed learning about all sorts of things.

Meg had some fun dressing as Hermione for a harvest party at girl guides.

The kids had a bit of fun carving pumpkins as well.

I promise to take a picture of the completed 15th century catapult in a bit and post it.  We had a great time launching Lego dudes and clay cannon balls with the finished product.
