Science Exploration

Recently Durham University hosted a Science exploration event. The kids and I enjoyed discovering new things outside the classroom of our home. In fact we enjoyed it so much that we went back for a second day of fun and learning.

The music department had a booth set up about the science of music and harmonics.

Joshua enjoyed the study about space and “dark matter”

One of Meg’s favourite things was the science of robots.

I was very impressed with the high quality of the displays and the knowledge of the Durham University students. It was a fact filled, fun filled two days.
